Regeneration process of a gearbox :

1. Disassembling the gearbox for parts
2. Ultrasonic cleaning of transmission components
3. Analysis of the degree of damage to individual transmission components (material microcracks, losses, distortion)
4. Regeneration of damaged housing bushing (machining)
5. Elimination of factory defects in individual gears ( if present )
6. Install the gearbox according to the manufacturer's instructions
7. Detailed control of transmission operation (load, noise and leak tests)
8. Optical restoration of the gearbox to the factory condition
9. Out of respect for the environment, the gearbox supplied never contains oil. Refilling is only possible after installation.

Return of the old gearbox:

When we deliver the NEW gearbox you ordered, we will take back your old gearbox. If it is not possible to return the old gearbox, a deposit must be paid in cash directly to the driver.
Information about the collection of the deposit will be noted in the Delivery/Acceptance Protocol.

DEPOSIT AMOUNT:

The amount of the deposit is determined based on the gearbox price:

• Price up to 999.99 € = Deposit 200.00 € 
• Price from 1000,00 € to 1499,99 € = Deposit 250,00 €
• Price over 1500,00 € = deposit 300,00 € 
• Gearbox with restrictions : The deposit is € 500.00 (please check the description if the gearbox you want to buy has any restrictions).
